2nd Grade Dutch Tulip Fields

The second grade students learned about dutch tulip fields whiles creating these one point perspective paintings.  We began by drawing the horizon line, then drawing in the rows of tulips.  They could also add barns, windmills, clouds, etc. to the top portion of their page.  Using Q-tips, they dotted in the tulips in their rows.  They filled in the rest of their painting with tempera paints and brushes.

Pictures coming soon!
